“The innkeepers, Frank and Joanne are the perfect hosts. Welcoming, kind and always putting their guests first. The inn is meticulously maintained both inside and out. The grounds are lovely with many different types of flowers, trees and bushes. Joanne is an artist. She had painted a mural of the Ipswich area on the walls, perfect artistic accent to the other furniture in the room. The Queen Size bed was very comfortable, like new, plenty of linens. Frank prepared breakfast every morning, fresh seasonal fruit every day, eggs, blueberry pancakes, French toast, pastries and lots of great coffee. The location is perfect to downtown Ipswich, Glochester, Rockport and Essex and all the local shops, beaches and harbors. The Hellenic Center is just a few hundred yards down the road. It was very convenient since we were visiting to attend our niece’s wedding. My husband and I enjoyed every moment of our stay. I would not hesitate to stay with Frank and Joanne on our next visit to the area and recommend the in to stay, true New England Hospitality. 🙂”

“THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING. We have been using CCM for over 5 years. We found them to rebuild our exhaust for our 2004 Yamaha 4 strokes dual 225s for our Grady White. This was NO easy job and they had to do it for BOTH engines. They have Hauled us out, Winterized, Wrapped AND DELIVERED our boat for the past 5 years. For the past 5 years including YESTERDAY they have launched us. We have needed work done in the past where they have hauled our boat out from our mooring, Fixed it and brought it back. Not many companies I know do that. They are AMAZING, FANTASTIC, AWESOME, And FAIR PRICED.”

“I went to this bank many times over the past 5-6 years for various reasons and they were always nice and reliable. I must have interacted with about 10 staff members by now and they were welcoming, helpful, and straightforward without exception whenever I needed something. Additionally, I hardly ever had to wait long before service which is also nice. Parking is behind the bank which is easily missed when driving down market street. Wheelchair access is to the right of the main entrance.”

“Well maintained and marked trails, however, high wetness potential. Dog friendly. Connects to the Bay Circuit Trail. If you follow the BCT into Rowley you can climb to the top of Prospect Hill. Rigorous hike, but disappointing vista.”
