“I have been renting cars from Enterprise on South Union Street in Lawrence for a number of years. In the past month I have rented four times. The cars, the service, and the attentiveness have been terrific. The weekend special of $9.99 a day is a real treat. It is especially nice that they will come and get me to get the rental car and bring me back after I return it. The staff is exceptionally helpful and polite and goes out of their way to make sure that I am satisfied. The car cleaning crew is doing a great job. One of the fellows gave me a ride home in the car I had rented and said "Do you have everything of yours out of the car?" I said of course and I pride myself on checking the car before returning it. Well, I blew it this time!! He opened the center console and their were my house keys and some money. Thanks to Enterprise for having such great employees at this location. I also appreciate that some of the employees have been there for over a year which means we get to know each other and they know what I like. I think that is very important and means that the employees must be happy which makes for happy customers.”

She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind during both of the times I had work done. She was great on following up on the problem, making recommendations, letting me know when the car was ready, and helping me get a rental. Sara went above and beyond for my car and is truly a genuine person who looks out for her customers’ best interest. Expect a longer visit if you dont like asking the store clerks for help locating what you want because this location is SO mich bigger with SO much more product than you realize from outside.
