I had the pleasure of trying out the new Trick Grip Hoop Wax by this company after being let down by other companies products, and holy cow did I make the right decision! BEST WAX EVER. Alicia (owner) is one of the most wonderful people I've met in the flow community, with a professional and caring demeanor. From starting me on my path with a custom hoop to teaching me how to determine my hoop size based on my height and weight, she has been extremely helpful in getting me the right props to perform with. The hoops are made in a timely manner despite how many orders she gets in, and are professional grade and sturdy. So far I've ordered two hoops from her, and while I am awaiting my second hoop my first one was the perfect fit for me. FSS is a wonderful shop and has a wonderful community of people surrounding it as well.

Since day 1 of finding this shop I have received the most caring, loving, supportive, and useful help out of many hoop shops! Alicia was super attentive to my desires and even personally discussed options and bundle deals to help with my order. I was able to learn about the different tubing, sizes, tapes, connections and much more! I could go on for days about what great customer service was received! I am aboslutely in love with her hopes.
