We had a burst pipe that caused the ceiling to come down- water, plaster, insulation swamped our living and dining room antique orientals. Proodian came out to assess the damage and gave us an estimate that was very fair. They took the rugs and performed miracles- the rugs came back refreshed, clean and all damage was mitigated. These are THE professionals when it comes to rug care. Highly recommend this business.

Walter and the team at Proodian Rugs were incredible! True rug and upholstery professionals and I cannot recommend them enough. I did not think it was possible to clean the rug in my daughters room - I thought it would need to be replaced - but he did the unimaginable and it looks almost new. It was startling and I am so happy. He got pet stains out of the couch and lots of stains and foot traffic out of wall to wall carpet. He delivered on everything he said he would, took time and care during the job, and was totally reliable. We are so happy we used Proodian and will again!

Walter was the best. Always kept in contact, friendly personable professional and they did a great job. Told us right from the start what to expect and what might not get cleaned due to the type of rug and that it was a pet stain we tried to clean. I would definitely use him again if he doesn't retire first and definitely recommend him

I use Proodian Rug Cleaners, Inc. some years ago when I needed rug cleaning. I was pleased with their work so I called again. This time the rugs were very dirty from our pets. When I called, they scheduled us in a very timely manner. They picked up the rugs and pads so that we didn’t have to do the heavy lifting. They also cleaned carpet in an upstairs hall and stairs. It is light carpet so I didn’t think it could get truly clean. Well, it looks like newly installed carpet! The rugs were returned with new pads and installed for us, again saving us labor. We are “ elderly “ and couldn’t do it ourselves.
The rugs are so clean, fresh, and beautiful. I never thought they would look this good again.
Walter, the owner, is such a professional and knows his craft. We are extremely pleased with his work. I would highly recommend this company!!
