Best dealership I have ever been to. Salesmen Manny Terrero & a service tech named Luis helped me make the right choice on a vehicle couple weeks ago. Didn't pressure me into buying a vehicle like other dealers just felt like they were helping me make the right choice for me. Both were very helpful, especially Luis!
Atlantic toyota one of the best dealers in New England 100%. The people that work there are very professional, the guy that was taking care of us Rafael perez is amazing guy. He literally did the impossible to possible for my family get what we wanted to get.. I wasn't even there because I'm deployed but I was talking by phone with him during the process and he just treat my family as his, I really appreciate that. If you want get the best out of the best, that is the place you should go in, and ask for this guy....
Everyone was amazing! Carlos asked a few questions and knew exactly what car was the perfect fit for me and my family! They made every step of the way so smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this location and Carlos is definitely about making sure the customers understand every thing and walk away happy.
I've known this dealership since my wife bought her Rav4 two years ago. I was looking for a FWD replacement for my 9-year old car and Bill Dorfman convinced me that the Prius Prime was a better deal than the used Carolla hatchback I test drove. He was right and made the purchase process very enjoyable.
Excellent customer service. My sales agent was Rafael. He matched me up with an amazing vehicle. I had originally gone to Kia Pride ( I was customer of there’s for over 4 yrs.) thinking I was going to get a good deal. First they wouldn’t pay off the car, and then they wanted to set me up in a brand new car. Which it was not what I was looking for. I wanted bigger not the latest model. So I head over to Toyota I tell Rafael, I owe money on my car still but I’m NOT looking for something brand new just bigger. I want to avoid a down payment and want a reasonable price range. Not only did my old car get paid off, I got a lower monthly payment than what I budgeted for. As a team they surpassed my expectations. Bottom line, if you are looking for customer service sales team to match your “needs” instead of the dealerships “wants”, this is the place you need to go. I highly recommend it. Excellent work.
