Andy is the BEST! I have had chronic hamstring issues for decades. It affected my knee and hip as well. I have tried different therapies for many years and I had pretty much given up thinking I will never be able to jog again or be without pain. I recently had knee surgery and then through a friend I was lucky enough to find Andy! He cares, is very smart, patient, kind and CHANGES LIVES! Andy has given me back function and I didn’t think that was possible! Three days ago I jogged and I have not been able to do that without pain for over 15 years!!!! Step Ahead Physical Therapy is great!
After shoulder and knee surgery Kristen got me moving again. She always listened to where the pain was and was able to minimize it. She gave me the right exercises to strengthen both my knee and shoulder so i could return to work. The care I received was great, the atmosphere in the gym is caring and positive!
