They give us reminders a few days ahead so we know when they are coming with is also super helpful. Very knowledgeable and friendly technicians too.

(September 27, 2018, 2:50 pm)My husband & I were so happy with the service from Patriot Pest Management! We live in a wooded area abutting conservation land, so bugs and critters love our yard. Before the snow had even melted, we pulled 6 ticks from our dog. We had Patriot come in to begin treating our yard and never saw another tick. Not a mosquito or tick to be found for the entire season. Would highly recommend & will be using their service again next Spring.
(September 15, 2017, 12:15 pm)I have been a customer of Patriots Pest for many years; renewing the contract annually. They come out to control mice, ants, spiders, ticks, and yellow jackets as needed. They come within a couple of days after I call for service. It is not an extra charge outside the annual fee (ticks/fleas are extra) each time I call for them to come out. Customer service and the pest technicians are professional and timely.
To address reviewers who complain about leaving a voicemail: I see no problem with having to leave a voicemail when I call for service. It's almost year 2020, technology is necessary to touch base with anyone or business-it's our way of life now. Talking to real people exactly when we want to has to be a thing of the past for small businesses to survive as wages increase while prices for customers need to stay comepetive. It is not cost effective to pay someone to man the phone every "business" hour. The website has a contact form as an alternative way to contact them at the customer's convenience 24/7. Technology is in the customers' favor when we can make contact at any time of the day knowing that someone will call when possible.
People are very quick to write bad reviews online without thinking about the impact that can cause for small local businesses. I never had a bad experience with Patriot Pest as a few other reviewers mentioned. They provide excellent service. Support our local businesses .
