Frank made the entire buying process smooth and easy. He was always polite, patient, responsive, a good listener and very fair. No sales pressure or sales tactics. He stands behind his cars even after the sale. 2 weeks after we took possession of our vehicle we noticed a few things to be addressed. My wife found a BMW at Dracut Car Connection that she thought I would like so my son and I drove up to see it (we live in RI). We liked the car and we had a trade, so worked out a deal including credit union financing all in one afternoon. Was a good experience and car package comes with 5-year warranty, which is helpful for older, higher-end cars. Since purchasing the car, I have thoroughly enjoyed it. Wasn't able to drive it away from Dracut's, though, until Frank's team did some installation of new parts so that the air suspension would properly work.... Frank is the one who insisted only holding the car until the parts were installed. That's pride in delivering a car that will serve me well for several years. Very grateful for the experience and for caring about the longer-run relationship. Caring car souls are hard to find.
