  As a self-proclaimed 'big girl' I've always hesitated to go into the gym. "Why would a fat girl go to a gym? To be stared at? Oh, hell, no! That's not for me!" Well, at Become Fitness it's not like that at all! Everyone I've encountered is helpful, kind, and not judgmental at all. I'm glad I made the plunge! I'd recommend the classes, they're so much fun! There are so many to choose from, too. I, personally, really enjoy the Chisel Strength class. Don't be shy, I'm glad I wasn't!

  I have loved being a member of Become Fitness. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The trainers are supportive and knowledgeable and available to answer questions. There is a variety of classes that keep you moving and focus on different types of strengthening and conditioning. I highly recommend Become Fitness!

  I am so happy to have found a gym I can be comfortable at. The trainers are all supportive but not obnoxious. They have great energy and always remember your name. The place is always clean. There are a wide assortment of classes that I enjoy at a variety of times. There’s tons of other equipment to use as well if you’re not into classes. Ellen, thank you for helping me to feel like my old self again! I see a brighter and healthier future for me at Become Fitness❤️

  An awesome gym! Great classes with enthusiastic and friendly trainers. They have all the equipment I could ever need, and I love the garage-style section. My personal trainer Ellen was amazing. Definitely recommend!

  I have enjoyed working out at become fitness. The trainers were all very supportive. The classes were different from other gyms I have gone to. I could easily do them all and was able to modify according to my abilities. The food plan was easy to follow and I was never hungry. The other members were all friendly as well.
