Dr. Landry has a holistic approach that I have found to work incredibly well. I have struggled with life long anxiety that at times was crippling, but within a few months of working with her, i saw drastic improvements in my quality of life. Her holistic approach taught me unique methods of dealing with acute anxiety without the need for medication. This allowed me to then be taught the thought patterns and triggers that created my longterm anxiety, which is now very minimal. It is now two years later and my life feels as if it is in my own hands instead of in the hands of anxiety. She helped me to build my strengths, strengthen my weaknesses, and defeat negative thought patterns. I can’t thank Dr. Landry enough for her help, she has changed my life.
