The lovely lady at the service dept was very pleasant with me, and was able to locate a very hard to find part for me. The service gentleman who was there Saturday was also very pleasant, he helped me locate some parts as well. Professional Layout, Services and Parts. Id say its safe to say IGNORE that 1 star review.

I spoke to them for the first time at the boat show in Boston and began what was a quick, professional, and painless, negotiation. I took delivery in early May and have enjoyed the boat since. I scheduled my 20 hour service and it was as easy and professional as the negotiation and delivery process. My expectations have been exceeded every step of the way. Baert is a top notch operation from sales through service, they model responsible professionalism in every aspect of their business.
