I thought the hard drive may have crashed and was concerned about data loss plus needed the computer fast so I could get back to work. Experimac was able to repair my system and get it back up and running in no time and no drama. It was good to go to a place were they are mac experts!

(February 27, 2019, 12:22 pm)I would definitely recommend this place! I had my two year old and a two month with me and I was dreading the whole experience, but it actually turned out great. Got my phone screen fixed and a new phone case. I thought the service was very quick, they have great customer service and personally I think they have great prices!
(January 30, 2019, 4:55 pm)I had the best experience in this store. I took my mac to an apple store because I could not turn it on. They said they checked it in the back and told me that they couldn't turn it on and have to sent it out for diagnosis for which I had to pay around $300. So I went to a data recovery place to get all the data recovered and heard about this place for them.
I am impressed by how professional and at the same time personable Drew was in explaining what's wrong with my computer. To my surprise he was able to turn my computer on unlike what the Apple store said. He fixed my mac for much cheaper of what would have cost me to get the diagnosis at the Apple store. Also the turn around was very quick. I am very satisfied with the result and all the additional information he gave me on how to take care of my MAC to maximize its life. Thanks Drew.
