Kathy is my therapist and she knows the right balance of how to challenge me to exceed and when it's time to say stop! 4 weeks after total knee replacement, I am walking without a crutch or a cane, my range of motion is at 107. My knee is pretty much pain free. Tim is also very supportive and caring. This is one of the best PT environments around, if you have the chance to do your therapy here I highly recommend it. The schedules are pretty easy to work with. If you are having joint replacement, make a visit there to work with Kathy on pre op exercises to strengthen the muscles, it has made a big difference in my regaining my strength and range of motion.”
