  Appointments are never a problem, the friendly staff obviously love animals and are happy to help. They give such a thorough exam with thoughtful advice. Love the care everyone gives to my pups.

  Can;t say enough. Dr. Richardson is a rock star. She volunteers every year at the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race in Alaska. Great bedside manner, clinical acumen outstanding, instructs and explains so you can do for the best for your pet. The hospital has assembled a great team that works together like a well-oiled machine. I'm grateful our cats have a great medical team to insure their optimal health. Hat's Off!!

  I love Newbury Animal Hospital and especially Dr. Richardson. When we had to put our first Yellow Lab to sleep after 14 years she and one of her assistants came to our house and it was so peaceful and just very sweet. After a year we got another Yellow Lab and I would only trust Dr. Richardson and Newbury Animal Hospital to care for him. Her staff is wonderful as are the other doctors who I go to if Dr. Richardson is not available. They are all great!

  I have been using Newbury Animal Hospital since business first opened and am still taking all our animals there. The doctors and staff are tremendous and caring and I feel they are part of my family. I would recommend Newbury Animal Hospital one hundred percent. I feel blessed for having them and all they provide.

  My experience with Newbury Animal Hospital has been nothing but wonderful! The entire staff is caring and friendly, and it shows via my dog’s excitement. With his tail wagging, he literally pulls me into the building where he is always happily greeted.  The staff certainly do a wonderful job making your pet (and you!) feel welcome.
  
  Dr. Richardson is an absolute joy to work with; she is warm, caring and thorough. As a new dog owner, I continue to have a lot of questions and Dr. Richardson is more than happy and patient to take the time to explain things in a clear and concise manner.  She ensures pet owners have the knowledge they need to make informed decisions.
  
  The entire staff is accommodating and caring.  When my dog was sick, not only were they quick to get him in, but they followed up with a phone call later in the day to check on him. It was beyond what I expected and so appreciated!
  
  We have worked with the other doctors in the practice, all of whom were just as kind, diligent and professional as Dr. Richardson.  If you are looking for exceptional care for your ‘fur baby’, look no further!
