“I visited for the first time yesterday, and love it here. You might think based on the name/gimmick of natural dog food and supplies that this store would be overpriced and/or snooty, but that wasn't my experience at all. There were lots of toys, treats, and of course food, much more reasonably priced than I thought. The layout was great, tons of stuff without feeling claustrophobic, and you can easily see where everything is. The people were outstanding. I mentioned that I was getting my puppy this weekend, and they were really excited and supportive. I'll definitely be back.”

“I get all kinds of stuff from here (specialized tools they rent)... only blocks away from my house, and just about everything you would need at reasonable prices, and the folks that work there are great... excellent service from check out to check in and answer any questions you have. They gave me a additional day rental on one thing that broke while I was using it, and didn't even question whether it could have been my fault or not. I also fill up my LP tanks here - they always make sure they are FULL - not partly full like most of the ones you get at the tank swap places, and the are cheaper too.”
