Hoffman & Kelley Plumbing & Heating did an excellent and fast job updating my sewage and water supply line. They coordinated extremely well with my town to obtain a new water meter and with my excavator who was digging out my exterior sewer line and replacing existing water line. They were professional and prompt with all correspondence and provided good transparency regarding the final bill. This job also required care with jackhammering out an old water meter from its improper cement encasement, and necessitated care not to disturb a nearby basement drainage system. I greatly appreciate that we were only without sewage and water for a few hours. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

Outstanding experience. Placed my call on Wednesday and they were able to fit me in next day. Service technician called on Thursday to say he was 10 minutes away and arrived 10 minutes later. Tim was very professional, repaired my shower quickly and kindly answered additional questions I had about water pressure and water filters. I’ll definitely use Hoffman & Kelly again.
