I am on my third child working with Solomon Berman and Quantum Prep. This school and personal tutoring we have received from Solomon and others has been nothing short of exceptional. My children's test scores have improved dramatically with the tutelage of this team. They have personalized the program for each individual child according to their very different needs. I would highly recommend their services, money well spent!
I worked with Quantum Prep during my last 2 years of my undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering. The skill and commitment of the teacher I worked with, Solomon, was beyond that of any other teacher I have ever worked with. Quantum Prep helped me get my grades out of the gutter, and was instrumental in my ability to understand the advanced concepts I was studying. I truly cannot recommend the company and Solomon enough to anyone who needs help with fundamental or advanced STEM coursework.
I cannot say enough good things about Quantum Prep and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for tutoring or test prep! What sets Quantum Prep apart from the rest is their ability to take into consideration each student’s unique needs and circumstances and tailor their services to accommodate that child, instilling confidence and a can-do attitude. They don’t just teach a subject – they help the student become a BETTER student. My child was unable to attend high school for almost all junior and senior years. Quantum Prep provided in-home teachers for all classes. Scheduling was easy and convenient. The teachers were incredibly well educated and prepared to teach every subject at every level. My child’s classes ranged from Honors level English, Geometry and Forensics to elective business classes. My child not only learned the course material, but was well prepared to take (and do well on!) all exams, mid-terms and finals. I have no doubt that Quantum Prep was instrumental to my child’s success and graduation from high school.
To some people, thinking scientifically comes very easily. To others, after a lot of practice, scientific thinking can come a little bit easier than before. But for others, like me, no matter how much you practice, scientific thinking seems absolutely impossible. However, all hope is not lost. When I was a freshman at Boston University in Boston, MA, I thought I would never be able to pass General Chemistry. It was my first college-level science class and though I had taken honors chemistry at Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy in Flintridge, CA, I was not as familiar with the material as some of my peers were. I thought that my cause was hopeless, especially because by the time I considered getting help, it was more than halfway through the semester.
However, all hope wasn't lost. My parents had known that I was struggling with chemistry and going to my professor's office hours didn't seem to be enough for me. It was at this point that we sought help by looking for a tutor and came across Quantum Prep. Having a hands on, one-on-one experience was exactly what I needed to hone in on the scientific thinking I thought I never had. Compared to a classroom setting or even previous tutors, having a tutor who was comfortable with the material and the professor's teaching method helped me more than I could have imagined. My Quantum Prep tutor was able to find out what methods were best for me and taught me the material in a way that I could understand. I was able to bring all of my questions from the material I learned from lecture and go over it again with my tutor. By the end of the semester, I found a way that worked for me so well that I was confident enough to help teach my friends!
My experience with Quantum Prep was nothing but excellent because they turned my once impossible situation into something possible. I’m glad that I found this tutoring company because both the staff and experience have changed my life. Thanks for everything!
I started taking online tutoring with Quantum Prep this year. I live overseas now, and my classroom teachers are not as good as I when I lived in the US. When I did home school one year in the US, I used a tutor to help me with the more complicated subjects and it really helped. My father found Quantum Prep for me.
My teacher is great, in fact, its one of the best learning experiences I’ve ever had. This professor not only taught me what I had been struggling for months to understand, but he did it all over the computer. I’m a 12th grade student now and he helps me with Physics, Math or Chemistry. Its easy to talk with him because he has a very friendly and positive attitude. We used voice and video chat on Skype for communicating and there are little to no problems with connection. I can't believe how easy he makes things I used to think were hard. My grades have improved exponentially because of this brilliant professor.
