“I've been meaning to write this review all year. Osgood is an excellent facility with a lovely, capable, kind team. I had two wisdom teeth removed a few months ago and experienced minimal swelling/irritation. Everything healed quickly and I was eating solid food in just over a week. While I hope to never have to visit Dr. George and his crew again, if I do need oral surgery in the future I'll definitely be going back there. Thank you all for taking such good care of me!”

“Their coffee is delicious of course, but I wanted to touch briefly on the customer service. I ordered 7 larger bags of coffee, they shipped me decaf by mistake. I called and had to leave a message as it was outside of business hours. I was nervous of the issues that were going to follow as they are a small company and I didn't have my order number or packing slip. They called me back first thing Monday morning, already had my order pulled up, assured me they'd ship out the correct coffee and send a shipping label to return the wrong coffee. THIS is how customer service should be. These horrible, huge, all-about-the-money chains should take notes. Thanks Harmony Bay!!”
