"Legendary Nick" working the service desk is always a pleasure to work with. Curdious, to the point, and willing to go the extra mile. Can't ask for much more from someone in his position. Hope management is taking notice!

Overall, from scheduling service via the app, speaking with remote service on the phone, and getting it fixed, I have seen a massive improvement at this location since I first took delivery of my Tesla in 2021.

This place is great they helped me out in a very rough situation! I rented a Tesla through hertz and got a flat and damaged the sensor and had to return the car the same day and Logan made it happen when the service department was closed already. I will forever appreciate that. Logans a good guy and a great manager thanks again!

I recently picked up my Tesla Model 3 from the Peabody, MA location and I have to say, Nick and Logan went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. The entire team at the shop left a fantastic first impression and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
