(November 17, 2017, 11:31 am)This is not a review of the larger company of tmobile, but of this individual location. As a company, I do not recommend tmobile, but the customer service I received at this location was better than any I have received at another store, including on the same day at another location. Earlier in the day I had gone in to a different location with an issue, and the rep said I had to pay the deductible to get it fixed or upgrade. My phone is about 6 months old. The deductible was going to be more than the value of my phone. I started looking for new ones, but fortunately they were out of everything. I went to this location, and I was given the option of buying a new SD card or using the warranty, both options under $25. Then, the rep told me how to run a recovery on my laptop, totally outside of my needs at tmobile! I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off as I often do with this company and these stores, and every other person there was treated well as well. Great job!
