Got my car serviced here today. Great experience. John the store manager went above and beyond to ensure the complete satisfaction of my car being serviced. He has provided great customer service and had a great attitude. This is how you treat customers! Will gladly return for future repairs.

Brought my wife’s car in with a slow leak, tire full of fix-a-flat, and , little did I know, a screw in it. No appointment - I was in and out in 20 minutes with her tire good as new! It was such a small and quick fix for them but I was willing to pay whatever the cost was but they did not take advantage of me. Let’s just say the price was right because when it came time to pay I knew I would be back any time I need a tire. Thank you John and Mavis!

The front desk clerk Chaz was very helpful. Any question I had he did his best to answer them. He told me when he could have my car ready and he kept his word. Very thankful for his help. Also, I want to thank Derek and Taylor for the good work they did of my car. I will be coming back!!

The wonderful folks here took me in for a possible tire repair in the morning, but unfortunately the tire could not be repaired due to the location of the damage. They made sure to source the new tire that day and had everything replaced by the afternoon, all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended for your tire repair/replacement needs!

I had my tire fixed a couple weeks ago at Mavis. The staff was extremely professional and nice. They had me in and out in no time. And, the mechanic came and spoke to me about my tire, as well as the manager, which was appreciated. I have been to this Mavis store before and will definitely continue to go back as the staff make you feel respected appreciated. My tire is holding up great too.
