(March 19, 2019, 4:53 pm)I had tried to change my broken eyeglass frame with an exact replacement received under warranty after the original had broke. I was concerned about going to The Eye Place, as I had messed them up and was not a previous customer of Shellee. She looked at all the pieces I had laid out in front of her, simply took them to her work space and within 15 minutes, I walked out with my repaired eyeglasses.

She fixed my glasses tonight and then took the time to find a way so I can order new lenses for my prescription sunglasses! My favorite ones :-)
Now a days, I truly believe that customer service is still important and Shelley does it best!
