I find myself using locksmiths quite a bit because I am aways losing my keys. Rich was by far the best locksmith that I have called in the Greater Boston area. Professional, kind, and gets the job done. Would recommend to anybody.

Few things you see when a company knows and cares about what they do. He greeted me respectfully and told me his name. Rick showed class and professionalism. The issue we had was the original key was lost he had to make a replacement with no key. He said no problem got my Registration and verified ownership. Sign of professionalism. We later informed him of a ignition switch from another van but it was no issue for Rick. He notified me about heading back to the shop. Another sign professionalism keeping the customer informed. He came back and solved the problem. He was a problem a solver. That’s why we hire people. To help with our problems and find a way to make it happen in a honest way.
