(December 2, 2018, 9:11 am)Ken in the Danvers MA store was great. Low key, informative, courteous and helpful. He reached out a couple of times to make sure everything went well. He was just as helpful after the sale was completed as he was when I was deciding whether to buy.
(November 25, 2018, 6:42 pm)I have bought a True treadmill, a True recumbent bike, and recently a True elliptical from Gym Source. The equipment has lasted several years with no problems. I never have needed to make any service calls.
Gym Source has a great choice of equipment with a wide range of models to fit your budget and/or needs.
The sales people have always been pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about the equipment.
Ken out of the Peabody store was the last sales person I worked with regarding purchasing an elliptical. He presented all of the options and outlined the different features in a professional manner. He did not attempt to push me towards high end equipment that cost more. Ken listened carefully and answered all my questions without hesitation.
