(November 14, 2022, 10:08 pm)I recently went to Massachusetts for vacation. I just happened to wonder into this marvelous store called yankee candle. I got warm greeting from this lovely employee. Her name was Jaelyn. She made sure I was informed about every candle in the store and guided me to making the right choice for myself. I am very satisfied with my visit and would like to give a HUGE shoutout to Jaelyn.
(June 16, 2021, 4:24 pm)The woman who helped us was so nice and showed us all around the store, letting us know about all the sales and new products. Came home with a couple of candles 🕯. We are really enjoying the ones we got because they crackle like a fireplace 😊
(December 25, 2019, 11:12 pm)Been here multiple times. Service has been alright. Not alot of staff here because it's not always busy but they usually have good promotions sometimes.
