“I love this place! I have adopted one hamster and two rats here. They are the sweetest animals ever. If you want a place that actually cares about its animals come here. “I am considered a "regular "here. Mostly, because I have frequented this establishment for their SUPERB luncheon specials! I have gotten to know the owner, "Joe" (his American name) and his lovely wife, they are omni-present, as they,TRULY, care about their customers. The kitchen is immaculate. As a contractor I have performed several small jobs in the kitchen and can personally attest to this fact. BTW: The food is AMAZING! My favorite lunch special is shrimp w/lobster sauce, garlic noodles and chicken fingers. Always, prepared fresh and with large fresh shrimp! Go there you WON'T be disappointed! The atmosphere is casual and clean, very relaxing.”

“This is a really fun place to train. The people here love Jiu Jitsu, they want to get better at it, and they help each other get better---at all skill levels. That means that whether you are an out-of-shape beginner with no experience, or an athlete who wants to win medals, your training will accommodate your skill level and goals. There are plenty of people that train just for fun, and and equally good number who compete. And it is a great place to learn to compete: As of this review, the Fenix academies have won the IBJJF Boston Open 4 times in a row. Everybody, beginner or expert, is treated with respect. Coach Nassib is not only a great teacher for the adults, he is also a natural with kids---they absolutely love him. The kids classes are a great mix of learning, training hard, and fun.”

“ Ok, to start off with, I have a tiny bit of experience with Law firms. I have contacted at least 9 law offices for my case in the past 6 months. I've been ignored, given the run around, and treated pretty crummily by most of them. They've asked me to jump thru ridiculous hoops and have stressed me out to the max, seemingly on purpose. Then there were these guys. I went in absolutely freaking out and out of hope. Paul and Chris met up with me and looked me in the eye. They were honest and real. They worked as a team to get my intake over quickly and thoroughly. My case was short notice to the extreme (2 days before my hearing, I walked into their office. My fault, not theirs.) and they were understanding and kind. Paul had me in tears because he was willing to go to such extremes to get me the help I need, inside the courtroom and out. Way to go, guys. Love their co-operation, co-ordination, communication, and collaboration! Calm, cool, and collected, I am now more confident that I will be able to win this battle, or at the very least, have a team who will FIGHT for me. :)”

After a substantial spinal injury within the last couple of years, a well-known doctor at the Brigham and Women's Hospital recommended yoga as a holistic approach to avoid another surgery and avoid several months of being bed ridden. They are patient, yet make you work and are willing to help. They modify everything as needed for anyone that may be going through a set back. I've been with Flow for 8 months now.
