  Have really enjoyed our stay in this quiet and quaint B & B. Peter greeted us and showed us around upon arrival and the GM Mike was helpful and friendly as well. If you enjoy old historic waterfront Inns, this Inn is for you. I highly recommend.

  Great place to stay. The staff is awesome. The location is right on the ocean with a sweeping view of Rockport. Wonderful breakfast with cooked to order along with the usual breakfast buffet items. The inn is a gorgeous old mansion and is beautifully decorated.

  A wonderfully delightful bed and breakfast, right on the coast. A short walk from bearskin neck and yet, it's far enough away to have some distance from tourists.
  
  My partner and I stayed hear one night on a whim and loved it. Their assistant manager is a chef by trade and makes a great breakfast. Definitely try this place out.
