Wonderful relaxing oasis by the sea!! The Seaward has everything that my boyfriend and I needed to unwind - stunning views of the ocean, a very comfortable bed and Nancy - the innkeeper who gave me great recommendations of things to check out in Rockport/Gloucester during my stay. An absolute gem. Can't wait to return!!

I used to stay here as a child and decided to come back last summer with my girlfriend. I was so pleased to find that many of the rooms had been converted to suites, perfect for a longer stay! Overall experience could not have been better. The accommodations are spotless and clean, the view of the ocean from the front deck is unbeatable and Nancy was an incredibly gracious host. She was very responsive in answering all of our questions and went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were taken care of. We will be back this year and many more to come. Location was perfect as well. Could not recommend more highly!

The inn is a beautiful 15 minute walk from Rockport, and is 100 feet from the water. We had a large room with a beautiful ocean view, and we could hear the waves lapping and sometimes pounding the shore. We'll definitely be back.
