Shawn has been our mechanic for almost 20 years, working on 6 different vehicles during that time.
We trust him explicitly -
- He is always honest, informative and to the point so that we have the necessary information to make decisions concerning repairs.
- He stands by his work and our cars have performed better because of his knowledge, experience and talent.
- He is always friendly and available to discuss what to do for the best outcome possible.
- We have never felt "overfixed" or overcharged and believe that he does his best to keep costs down whenever possible. However, he does not cut any corners that are necessary and always does what's best for the customer's vehicle and their safety.

With Oil leak in 2011 Cruze, Shawn explained what he explained clearly what he was going to do. He was clear on expenses as well. In the end, car works and looks great. Job well done.
