Very professional, highly skilled, but also with a sense of feeling nurtured and cared for, which is exactly what you want from a massage therapist. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, allowing me to fully sink into relaxation, and the work feels as though Catie knows EXACTLY what my body needs without me having to tell her. I’m so glad I found this place!! ❤️

(February 19, 2018, 11:17 am)I’ve beem going to Spirit Wellness for occasional therapeutic massage for several years now, seeing Catie and Kara and a couple other therapists who have worked there in the past. 5-stars, hands down. Professional, GREAT body work, accommodating for scheduling with appointments available weekdays, evenings, and weekends. And they are very good at “holding space” and being present as the massage relieves tensions both physically and emotionally. Important to have the safe space if emotions or memories get stirred up on he table.
Absolutely recommend. -

Catie and Kara are warm and caring individuals who are also very talented massage therapists. I have had massages at a variety of places and Spirit Welness is defiantly on the top of that list!
