(September 7, 2019, 10:16 pm)I have nothing bad to say about tidewater.But I did have an unfortunate situation as to where I had to stay in apt D 213.what I saw first hand can not go unheard.the total lack of common sense cleaning does not even exist by the renter of this unit. There is dog urine that is so soaked in the floor dog feces that are stepped over for weeks. Continues smoking in the unit. I really feel this unit should be looked into further it's truly creating a hazard for its surrounding neighbors..

Convenience was one of my major needs! Heather the business manager super helpful! Belinda, Kieth and Mike all rock!! Thank you all for making my move less stressful!
