Saugus Cap World Truck Accessories

All I can say is great customer service, easy process, and very satisfied with the hitch I got installed with these guys! Car was left clean, can't even tell any work was done underneath installing the hitch, I would recommend anyone who wants any accessories added to their vehicle to go through these guys. Five stars for sure.

I went to Cap World to buy a hitch to install in my car. They didn't have it (I didn't find it anywhere, by the way), but they made everything to help me find a way to get it done. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Next time I'm going to Cap Word first instead of another store.

Wanted to give a shout out to Mike, Andrew, and especially Mark. All were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, Help me get a great set up for rack and carrier for my 2017 Ford Explorer. Mark walked me through and showed how easy was to put together and take down the set up. Family looks forward to many road trips up ahead. Cheers!

I actually had two jobs done, a bed liner install and a break assist for a trailer. The customer service was awesome, friendly and transparent. The service was quick and well done. I plan on utilizing Cap World for other improvements to my truck in the future. So affordable and professional. I would highly consider Cap World.
