“I felt like the stylist doing my son's hair was more entertained by another client. It was someone she knew so she seemed rushed and uninterested in my son's first haircut. The place seemed clean and they keep people in their vehicles until they are ready to cut hair ( Covid measures). I don't see myself returning, but I do feel that if I had a better initial experience I might have been a returning customer.”
