“Let me start out with the punch line. Andrea Anastas is the best realtor with whom I have ever worked (and, I have worked with many through the years). She helped me purchase my dream home and she sold my condo (the latter, within 2 days following its listing). Andrea is the best of the best for many reasons, excelling in every aspect of her profession. Why? First, Andrea is a beacon of integrity. I contacted Andrea to inquire about one of her listings. Before talking about the property, she asked me to explain my ideal home after which time she was forthright, telling me that the property would not be a good match. It was at that moment that I wanted to work with Andrea and enlisted her to help me buy and sell property. Second, at Andrea’s request, we spoke extensively on multiple occasions to further discuss my needs and wants in a new home.
