“This place is awesome. The trainers are excellent and will work one on one with you, no matter what your fitness level. I came in after not having worked out for several years... I've had some (minor) health issues, and I really needed to start exercising again. They do an evaluation in the beginning, and go from there. The trainers made a plan based on my abilities and after 6 weeks I've already seen a lot of improvement in how I feel. I know they will also work with you if you need advice about diet/healthy eating as well. It's a small gym with two separate workout studios, so only two people (plus trainers) work out at a time. You make appointments to come in and work directly with the trainers, however often you would like to. They will give you feedback about how often they would like to see you based on what your goals are, and what your current fitness level is. They also have a few cardio machines, and will let you come in and use them when you don't have an appointment. It's very quiet and the trainers are very focused on working with you. I would highly recommend this place!”
