Others get anxious when insurance issues arise, but I never worry because I know Advantage will promptly and professionally answer my questions and assure the proper coverage is in place. Last year when the windshield of a new car was damaged and the insurance company refused to replace it with the auto manufacturer's glass, Paul advocated for me to have the car manufacturer's glass (I was concerned because of the number of features/sensors embedded in the windshield). I was thrilled he attained the desired result and certainly feel confident that my windshield is doing all the manufacturer and I expect of it.
