This spa is always exceptionally clean and really beautiful. The staff here is top notch and always super friendly. Allison has been doing my Emsculpt and she is attentive and comforting throughout the treatment. I have completed 5 sessions and I'm already seeing major results. Highly recommend!!
If you’re looking for a super professional and clean place to establish yourself with all sorts of self care treatments, I highly recommend Skin Tight Med Spa in Acton. The place is always spotless and the staff is extremely professional and welcoming. I have been going there for about a year for laser hair removal with Madi and am so happy with my results. No matter what shape or size you are, you will leave there always feeling beautiful.
Skin Tight Med Spa is by far the best of the best! I have been getting laser done here for the past 6 months and every time I come in I automatically feel so welcomed and comfortable! I travel 50 minutes just to come here and I don’t think twice about it! Highly suggest Skin Tight Med Spa for all services!

This is a great place for your skin care needs! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They do have top of the line products and equipment. I searched high and low for the right laser machine for my skin type and complexion. They were honest and open about what they have. The choice was mine and I couldn't be happier with the results!! The management at Skin Tight provides a superior customer service - I submitted a generic info request on the website hoping to get a reply withing a few days. They got back to me within a couple of hours on Sunday...after Thanksgiving! I had an appointment the following morning! I am definitely coming back to this place! Highly recommend!
