You're led, exercise by exercise, motion by motion, through an exercise routine for a half hour. I'm always surprised to see the tallies at the end that show me how much weight I've lifted. I had no idea it was so easy to lift several tons in a half hour workout! (and anyone who knows me would probably say I'm no gym rat!) 3) where most gyms fall down is they don't make the experience worthwhile enough for most members to keep coming back. Koko makes it so easy, so simple to know what to do to be successful -- it's great. I highly recommend it!”
