Coach Duffy specializes in golf fitness and he creates individualized programs for his clients to help them achieve success on and off the golf course. I've been a client of Coach Duffy for over 8 years and I'm stronger, have greater range of motion and balance and am more flexible...honestly the best shape I've been in my life. And I easily added 50 yards to my drive!

Coach Kevin Duffy and I were introduced in 2015, and immediately teamed up to reach personal and professional goals. Training with Kevin has proven to be the best thing that has happened for not only my golf swing, but my application of the golf swing in my instruction. Kevin has drastically improved my ability to swing the golf club with greater speed while maintaining balance and stability.
As a PGA Professional, I deal with student’s body limitations every day.
