Anthony truly customizes workouts to each and every client. I’ve been with him for several years and have increased muscle mass and decreases the pains I had in my back. He genuinely cares about how you feel and wants to help you reach your goals.
Sisu Fitness is an amazing place to train! As a physical therapist and someone with chronic injuries I’m pretty picky about who I will work with. Anthony is awesome and can modify for anyone’s needs, and makes it fun to train! I’ve always shied away from training with someone as sometimes it can be more harmful than helpful, but Anthony is a huge inspiration for me and keeps me honest with my programs. I’ve never been stronger and couldn’t recommend Sisu more! I’ve actually recommended both friends and patients to see Anthony. If you’re looking to start a journey for strength, fitness and overall health, Anthony is your guy!
Sisu Fitness has an AMAZING facility. The owner, Anthony, takes pride in having the best equipment that his athletes can put to good use. He is always updating and considering what's best for his clients in whatever he does. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sisu Fitness!!!
If I could give 6 stars, I would. I have been working with Anthony at Sisu Fitness for nearly 6 months, and I feel stronger, healthier, and more athletic than I ever have, and I'm not an athlete or a gym guy. I started working with Anthony because I wanted to become stronger, but in prior attempts at the gym I would end up hurting myself, something minor, but it was always a setback. I wanted some personal attention so I wouldn't repeat this pattern. My workouts with Anthony are highly personalized, I spent hours emailing and talking with him before I touched any weights, he wanted to get to know me, my goals and my persona before we started so we could build a routine that works. He watched me move and stretch, measuring joint range of motions and finding where I was weak. He measured how much muscle and fat my body has so we could track that and see real improvements. When you workout with Anthony he's not just counting your reps, he's explaining what muscles you are working in that movement, telling you why it's so important to keep that specific muscle strong, and how keeping it strong prevents injury. He's watching your heart rate so he knows how hard you're working. He's playing the music you love, keeping you motivated, and encouraging you the whole way. This guy lives for this stuff and it shows.
I have been training with Anthony for about 2-3 years and I always feel more positive and motivated to become healthier after our sessions. My main goal while working with Anthony was to build muscle and lose body fat and feel better about my health. Anthony used a lot of great measurables to track my progress and mindset to also create a positive and healthy relationship with the food I eat and work out activities I would do. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a personal trainer to work with Anthony! He is fully present with his clients and I always felt secure with who I am while also being challenged in a healthy way to grow during our time working together.
