(July 18, 2018, 6:06 am)It is a place for dedicated yoga enthusiasts and rookies to Yoga like me. The teachers deliver various levels of Yoga with some personal interpretation twists that help their students. It does not take long to get hooked onto. The results are percievable and prolific.
