(September 29, 2018, 11:03 pm)Great to have a reliable pizza and sub shop open in this location again. The food here won’t blow you away, but it’s good quality, reasonably priced, and the staff are friendly. There’s lots of good food around Arlington, including plenty of good pizza, but something about this corner spot just works. Easier to find parking a little ways down from the Capitol and just a little less busy feeling in general. Glad to have Luigi’s in town.

Luigis is...open. they throw their dough, slices for sale up front, friendly folk inside (Jose is back running the place, who you might remember was with Sabatino's for 14+ years), exactly what you want from your neighborhood pizza place. Did I mention they throw their dough, which is rare in these parts, so thin crust to some but just pie to me. and they have all the regular selections, from pasta to sub, etc. but for me, it's having the neighborhood pizza place back, and Jose up front makes it that much better.
