“I have been going to Athletic Strength Training for a month now. I have had a great experience and have already seen tremendous results including my clothing sizes going down rapidly. Every time I work out I see improvements of some sort. Micheal Peshler is an excellent trainer. He asses every person and makes realistic, effective, and fun programs tailored to each individual. It is clear he cares about each of his clients, which is extremely hard to find in commercial gyms these days. This gym is not a bootcamp or a class like that. It is personal training in a group enviorement. Micheal does a great job at paying close attention to everyone for corrections and extra encouragement. He also keeps records of all workouts in order for clients to see there progress in weight sets, and reps. The gym is also clean and the schedule is very flexible. I recommend this gym to people who are looking to workout consistently, achieve goals, and most importantly feel better about themselves as they become stronger and healthier.”

“Update: I moved out in August 2018 and still have not received my security deposit. I have called endless times and have only received the after hours service who do not forward my messages along. When they finally sent my deposit ~5 months late, it was already void. I was told a month ago that a new check would arrive in a week. This is unfortunate because I had a pleasant experience living here but trying to get my deposit back has been an absolute nightmare. I’ve been living here for about a year now and everything has been fine. The community is quiet, well landscaped/plowed, and there is always plenty of parking. The buildings are well maintained; they’re always repainting hallways and the common areas are always very clean. We’ve had some non-emergency maintenance requests, and all were fixed within 3 days. The annual rent increase was minimal. The only negatives are me just being picky - the recycling dumpster could be emptied more frequently and the garage parking spots can be a little tight. The gym is small so it’s awkward to use if someone else is in there but that wasn’t a concern for us because we have gym memberships. Addressing the other comments, we were shown our exact unit before signing a lease. When we said we were going to think it over, we were told that someone else had shown interest in the unit so they couldn’t guarantee it would still be available. I thought the leasing office was very transparent and upfront with us through the whole process. I’d highly recommend this community.”

“There is a small structure for ages 5-12 at the entrance near the soccer fields. My daughter is 3 and 1/2 and she can handle the tube slides, she just couldn't do the rock wall or the poles. There is a narrow paved path that goes around both soccer fields which is a nice walk around as well.”

I have been extremely pleased with his care and all the staff, from the receptionist, owner, and all the nursing staff and aids. My Dad is being well taken care of and I also have experienced many times when I will visit and see how the nurses are taking care of the other staff. My Dad hasn't been the easiest patient and Waterview has worked closely with me and the Drs. to ensure he and others are safe as the elders go through this difficult process.
