I had a really easy experience at Dr. Simspons office. I found him to be efficiently thorough.
I Saw Dr. Simpson today regarding chronic rotator cuff, ulnar nerve elbow pain in addition to neck and back pain. He was very professional and straight to the point when he assessed my arm which caused a inhumane amount of pain but that's just basic procedure and I was fully expecting that having been through it multiple times this month. This enhanced pain regrettably led me to lose my nerve slightly which I'm apologetic for procedding his recommendation to remove my sling indefinetly and exercise my arm as to avoid long term damage from lack of usage which at the time seemed like an impossible task because I spent the past month religiously doing the opposite and the last thing my body is telling me to do is move my arm. I have now processed and accepted his recommendation as a sound one and plan to fully act upon his recommendations. On a final note, I really appreciate Dr. Simpson giving me some time after the painful physical assessement in privacy to simmer down before finishing up the appointment when my head was somewhat back on straight. As a professional in Hospitality and events I've dealt with disgruntled clients on a regular basis and in this context I would have done the same thing which is why I'm giving him 5 stars in addition to the fact he genuinely acknowledged that I was in great pain which is incredibly comforting given past poor experiences in multiple ER's this past week. I genuinely look forward to working with Dr. Simpson and his staff who all seem very professional and I have high hopes that we will come to a definitive diagnosis soon.
