I have been a fan of Richard's auto for about a year. Richard and his fellow mechanic are both honest, hard working, straight-shooters, don't fix things that can be repaired -- and think outside the box, from replacing a headlight to working on a transmission or engine.

I have had work done on my car twice now and have found Richard to be hardworking, honest, communicative, and efficient. You can tell he is passionate about both his craft and giving his customers the best service possible. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

Richard has worked on both of my vehicles at this point in time on multiple occasions. In reviewing my interactions with Richard and his work, I have been extremely impressed by his attention to detail both in assessment/repair of my vehicles and his professionalism/customer service. Additionally, all the work Richard has done has stood the test of time and has never resulted in follow up issues. In my interactions with Richard he has been honest and fair in his service and pricing and it is clear to see he is extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about his work, putting time and effort into serving his customers. In all instances he has worked on my vehicles, he has been very thorough and prompt, making sure to keep constant contact with me to explain out his diagnosis of the issue(s) and review and confirm his recommendations towards fixing those issue(s) (which includes pricing out every option in detailed form). With that said, he does all this in an extremely quick, affordable and efficient manner. Given all the work he has done on my vehicles, he has been one of the quickest, most efficient mechanics I have received service from. I have nothing but respect and glowing reviews for Richard and his work and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest, affordable, efficient, and reliable work on their vehicle(s).

I've waited until I've had a couple of repairs/maintenances done with Richard before I leave a review on google as I want to be fair and responsible for people looking at the reviews. At this point, Richard has fully earned my trust, which, with all due respect to other mechanics, is hard to find. Richard is professional, knowledgeable and reliable. He never tried to oversell me. Rather, he once cut my repair cost by half compared with what the dealership was trying to charge me by pinpointing the problem and fixing it, rather than simply toss and replace the entire system suggested by the dealership. In another repair service, he cleaned up my wheel covered by spilled out fluids from leaked parts without charging me a fortune for it. Richard also offered flexibilities for me during the time of the repair. I would highly recommend him when it comes to auto repair and maintenance.

In America, auto mechanics are as trusted as lawyers, i.e., neither has a very good reputation as professions. Every average consumer can tell you a couple of unpleasant stories dealing with auto repair shops. Over the years I had my own shares of mishaps at the hands of less than honest mechanics. Fortunately most consumers don't have to deal with a lawyer often, but we have to use mechanics to service our cars. So it is very important to me to find a mechanic that I can fully trust. Richard is such a mechanic. For big jobs or small, he gives me honest diagnosis, his charges for parts and labor are reasonable, and the quality of his repair is superior. As valuable as his quality repair services, every time I bring my cart for services, Richard also gives me a thorough assessment of my car's condition, and brings to my attention to possible upcoming repair needs. Beyond quality and reliable repairs, a couple of "perks" are also worth mentioning: Richard typically gives me free loaner if there is a need, and he always gives me timely appointments. In conclusion, Richard is the trusted mechanic that I look for and rely on.
