I first ran into Jeff at another local gym in Bedford where I was working out with a couple of my friends in late 2018 and he saw the shirt I was wearing (mbsc) and instantly sparked up a conversation. From that convo I learned that Jeff was a very nice guy who was intrigued in helping others better themselves through personal goals. After hearing Jeff opened up his own gym I instantly started to work out with him, now you might think he’s just another personal trainer but he’s not. Jeff and I have become friends through him training me. He’s not just another trainer who is in for the money or just cares about how many clients he has. He’s there for you, to help you reach your goals and set new ones as you surpass them. Jeff is an excellent guy, great friend and amazing trainer. He truly does care about his clients and he is very professional. I would recommend anyone to workout with Jeff, you would instantly find common interest and really bond with him. At be ready fitness they are really professional when it comes to keeping the place clean and free of Covid, he really tries hard to make sure you feel comfortable during these tough times working out.
