“Went to Renzo Salon for the first time today and it was a really good experience for the most part. I called yesterday (Friday 11/02) and asked to schedule an appointment thinking it wouldn’t be for a couple weeks out. The gal on the phone said she could get me in that evening or tomorrow. I took tomorrow (Saturday 11/03). Couldn’t believe they had openings! I was excited. Everyone was friendly and conversed easily. I asked for a trim and face framed layers and walked out knowing I didn’t get the layers done but my hair wasn’t messed up so I wasn’t going to complain. I’ll reschedule anyways in 3 months cause they’re so nice and did a good job with what was accomplished. They give you a little gift for being new.”

“The best care my husband has had after being in 2 other facilities. It may be institutional in its decor but the care and cleanliness of this facility is wonderful. Food is great, staff is caring and my husband is always clean shaven and well dressed. Maybe not all units at the VA are this well maintained I don’t know but unit 62A is exemplary in late stage dementia care. Just sorry we did not go there sooner.”
