Took in my Mercedes c300 2013 for a major service. Rob was amazing, he sent me pictures of the flaws he identified and explained what needed to be repaired and why. Had to replace a ton of sensors, a wiring harness, did all four brakes plus oil change and so on. It’s a completely different car now. It drives like brand new. Not the cheapest, but a fraction of dealership prices and worth every penny.

This was my first trip to Boston Motor Werks. Rob and his team are fantastic. He took time to explain what needed to be fixed and importantly why it needed replacing. I was very pleased with the experience and will be coming here moving forward.
