“I took my wife to Harbour House for her 50th birthday a week ago. I was hoping to make her extra special birthday very extra special, and the staff at Harbour House definitely made that happen. The front staff were especially friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to room 309, which is a suite. It’s one of the nicest rooms in their hotel. Nice view of the harbour too, with a nice seating area in the large bathroom, where the view was wonderful. All the amenities at this hotel are top of the line. The wine and cheese socials at 4pm were a real treat. Daniela was our host for these events, and she was very helpful, and friendly. The breakfast each morning was far superior to any continental breakfast you’d get at a standard hotel. Pastries, quiche, granola, and amazing coffee were just a few of the perks. Our upgrade offered us mimosas for breakfast too. The breakfast servers were so kind and helpful too. Sometimes the clientele at these high-end places can be a bit rude and entitled, but the staff made sure that everybody was treated nicely. This wasn’t a cheap getaway, but it was worth the price. My wife and I will definitely be staying at Harbour House again, hopefully sometime this winter. Perfect location; wonderful accommodations; 5 stars all around!”

“The few times I've recently visited, I've noted very affable staff and great overall service. The layout and overall atmosphere are great. The location along the bus line on Cushing Square is perfect for locals and those commuting in and out of Cambridge. It seems to be a bustling place. A lot of younger people hang out doing their homework here, so it often looks busy. But the lines haven't been long when I visited, as almost all these people already ordered something and sit working and socializing for a long time afterwards. I don't regularly visit Starbucks, but this is an excellent location for people who do.”

“I've been driving for just over half my life and in that time I've had three insurance agents over two companies, I won't mention the previous company but I will say it rhymes with Smallstate. With them I was always directed to call the automated line and almost never worked directly with my agent. Ruby on the other hand is the complete opposite. She's always ready to hear me out and assist in anyway possible and if she's not available one of her team members seems to always know exactly what I'm calling about. To me that's that extra step towards a positive customer experience they take versus just taking a message and saying you'll get a call back. If you need a solid insurance agent look no further! “Not only is this the most creative cake shop there ever was, but the cake and the frosting are PHENOMENAL! You will not find a better cream cheese frosting anywhere! Their cheesecake cake jars are absolutely delicious (and only available at certain times so GRAB ONE WHEN YOU CAN!). Their red velvet is so flavorful you’ll never enjoy it from anywhere else! Their pumpkin cake is so off-the-charts delicious that it’s the hype of the season that will keep everyone talking about it year round!
