(January 23, 2019, 2:56 pm)Pat is wonderful! We purchased a hot tub from him early December and first off, best purchase we ever made. Having a hot tub makes your whole life better! Haha. Pat is very kind, very informative, answered my hundred questions patiently and had a great selection of hot tubs for unbeatable prices (and I know cause I went to 2 other hot tub sales stores.) After 6 joyful weeks of owning our hot tub I made a very dumb mistake and didn’t shut the hot tub off when removing the filter for cleaning and a little sponge got sucked deep into the filter hole causing the jets to not work. Pat was so nice about it and assured me that I wasn’t the only person to have done this. He promptly came out to fix it within a day and retrieved the sponge no problem! I’d recommend island spas to anyone! Thanks again Pat!
